we collect all usefull shorcut keywords for microsoft excel .The followings are Microsoft Excel
shortcuts. Some short-cuts might be version specific.so don't confused.
here we divide this srticle in two parts
1) mouse shorcuts and
2) keyboard shortcuts
1) Mouse shortcuts:
(1) Double-click (on a cell) Edit the cell contents.
(2) Double-click (on a row/column divider) Adjust height/width to auto-fit
(3) High-light headers of multiple rows/columns then Double-click on a row/column divider
Adjust height/width to auto-fit of all high-lighted rows/columns
(4) Triple-click Select the entire contents in the cell
(5) Click on row/column divider then drag Adjust height/width of the row/colunn
(6) High-light headers of multiple rows/columns then Click on row/column divider then drag
Adjust height/width of the rows/colunns
(7) Ctrl + Mouse wheel Zooms in and out of document.
(8) Hold Shift + Click the cells Select multiple cells
2) Keyboard shortcuts:
(1) F2 Edit the selected cell.
(2) F5 Goto a specific cell. For example, C6.
(3) F7 Spell check selected text and/or document.
(4) F11 Create chart.
(5) Ctrl + A Select all.
(6) Ctrl + B Bold.
(7) Ctrl + C Copy.
(8) Ctrl + F Find (same as Shift + F5).
(9) Ctrl + G Go To.
(10) Ctrl + H Replace.
(11) Ctrl + I Italic.
