Since releasing Chrome Remote Desktop, Google has increasingly added ways to connect desktop computers with other devices. Hangouts got a remote desktop feature in mid-2013, and the Chromecast dongle pulls Chrome tabs onto a TV with a minimum of hassle. Outside its ecosystem, other companies have offered similar apps, including Microsoft, which added native remote desktop support in Windows 8 and released apps for both iOS and Android in late 2013.

Step:1) First of all you need to download and install chrome remote desktop .apk file in your android device or tablets ,for download it simply go to google play store in your android mobile phone and install Chrome Remote Desktop

Step:2) Now i assuming that you download and install google remote desktop from step 1, after installing when you will click on the chrome remote desktop app on your phone, it will show you a screen like the one given below.




Step:3) after step 1&2 you need to install chromo remote desktop extension ,for this simply first  go to your PC and Open Chrome Browser and click this link for install extension


Step:4) give permission to chrome remote desktop authorize, click "continue" button






Step:5) It will take you to chrome://chrome-signin/ page. Sign in here with the same gmail account as of your android phone.











Step:6) After clicking on that an exe file will start downloading. Install that .exe file once it gets downloaded. Continue the process.

Step:7) It will prompt you to choose a six digit PIN. This six digit PIN is the same PIN which will be required as a access key for pairing up with your PC.



Step:8) after that  go to your phone and click on chrome remote desktop again and you will find your computer there. Click on your PC icon.(see below screenshot)




Step:9) now here you need to Enter the same six digit key which you chose just before in step 7

When a user taps or clicks the notification, the associated app is launched and the user can expect that the resulting view is related to the content of the notification. It is the only mechanism by which one app can interrupt a user in another app.
A toast notification should be used only for information of high interest to the user, typically involving some form of user opt-in. However, it is extremely important that when you consider using a toast notification, you must realize that, due to its transient nature, or because of the user's settings, the user might never see it. Hello friends after long time (10 days) I am coming with a interested trick by which you can change your or any other computer's  administrator password.Generally when you reset your password you need old password in order to change the new one but in this trick you can change password without asking him the previous one.

so think if you want to change your friends computer administrator password then you make your friend prank.

Did you know the same thing can become possible using Command Prompt( CMD ). In this method, we are not prompted to enter the current/old password.In this article we use Only net user command to change user password at a windows command prompt.

note:  we first need to be logged in as an Administrator (administrator like ) account unless you will be shown an error message saying  System 5 Error or access denied. This hack is thus NOT POSSIBLE if you are logged in with the GUEST ACCOUNT

Step-1 ) very first Press start( window key in window 8) , and search for CMD(windows command prompt).

In most of the cases the main admin account, which is ADMINISTRATOR here, is hidden. And the other account, named PC  here, is shown, which is a ADMIN-LIKE account. So, this account also have full admin Priviledges. Because only one admin account which is visible here is PC ,I hope you got  my point.

step:5)  so after net user command you need another command , now use our next command, which is net user pc * (make sure here,ONE SPACE between NET and USER as well as between pc and * )

 


Step-6 ) Here u are, now directly enter the new ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD and press enter again confirm your new password and press enter.
 

note: You will not see any ************* type of characters in the CMD window when you will be typing your password. But you don't worry. They are not visible but they got typed. Re-type the same password in Confirm Password option.

step: 3) when you burn your ophcrack iso file in cd/dvd simply Put the CD in the disc drive of the computer or laptop , and boot  the computer from disk (ophcrack disk) . This shouldn't be to hard. Depending on your computer.


step:4) enter the bios settings and change the boot settings to boot (start)  from a disc drive on first boot device.After that Exit BIOS setting


   .

    step:5) when you click on exit Ophcrack will initiate by itself.



  
  step:6) The logo screen should appear, at which you should hit enter. Text should scroll down the screen, and eventually you will have a graphical interface pop up, with the one and only window (Ophcrack).

    step:7) After taking few seconds Once the system is done, select the user account you wish to recover the password for, and click  simply "launch."
 


   step: 8) mow you have almost done! wait for few minuts it is  Depending on the speed of your system, the cracker will go to work, and if it can determine and decrypt your password, it will eventually display the password  in the "NoTPassword" column

How to Block any Program using Windows Firewall

Microsoft gives many feature inbuilt one of this is Windows Firewall .It is free and comes with all  Windows version.windows firewall protect your PC from unwanted attack .It is also useful  to block a certain  program or a hacker, just open up your Windows Firewall if you think how is this possible then simply  follow the steps below.

Blocking a Program with the Firewall :

step:1) first of all you need to Open the Firewall in Windows 8. While on the Start screen, type firewall and select Windows Firewall option . Alternatively  You can  click on Settings and select Windows Firewall. 

*or* 

Open the Firewall in Windows 7/Vista/XP. Click the Start menu and select Run. In the Run box, enter firewall.cpl and then click OK. You can also access Windows Firewall from the Control Panel.

step:2) Click the “Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall” link. It may be called “Allow a program through Windows Firewall”. This will open a list of programs with check boxes next to them. 

step:3) after that Click the “Change settings” button. In order to be allowed to adjust the settings, you may need to click the “Change settings” button. If a password is required, enter it now. 
 
step:4) now you need to  Uncheck the box of the program which you want to block. When the box is unchecked, the firewall will block it from connecting to the internet.

note: If you’d like the program blocked when connected to a Public network but unblocked on a Private network, or vice versa, check and uncheck the appropriate boxes to the right of the program listing.

Checking boxes will allow the program to access the internet. Only allow those  programs  which have good reputation in market or you trust. 

step:5) now you have almost done ! for successfully block any program Save your settings. Once you’ve finished making changes, click the OK button to save your Firewall settings.

How to recover deleted files using recuva/use backup/recycle bin

We all someday delete important or sencitive files accidentally so you start thinking ,Is there any way to get all deleted data back from your window or mac?yes there are many method 

by which you can get your deleted files .If you want to know how is this possible ? First of all, don't panic! In most cases, your deleted files are recoverable and are not lost forever - even if you've emptied them from the Recycle Bin.

Here i am going to give you three killer tricks for recovering your deleted files.

#1) Check the Recycle Bin

 
when you delete any file from your windows  it  stores “deleted” files in recycle bin folder   as a safety measure. You’ll find the icon in the upper-left corner of your screen. if you find the files there, select them, right-click them, and choose Restore.so this method is useful when you don't delete your file permanently by pressing shift+delete  key.
 
Note:  Even a file that’s no longer in the Recycle Bin may still exist. Windows doesn’t overwrite the actual ones and zeros until another file needs the drive space. So  I told you to avoid using the PC as much as possible after delete your files.

#2) Use your backup :

Imagine if you lost every file on your computer in 10 minutes. Would you be able to recover your data from a backup, or would you spend the next several days trying to track down all of the information that you had stored on your hard drive? Windows Vista and Windows 7 make it easy to schedule backup sessions that will create copies of your most important data and transfer it to a secure place.
If you back up your hard drive—or at least your libraries—on a regular basis, your files are probably preserved there. I don’t know which backup program you use, so I can’t tell you exactly how to search for and recover the files. It’s generally a pretty intuitive process.

And if you don’t back up, maybe it’s time to get into the habit. It won’t help you this time, but it could the next.


#3) Try deleted files recovery software: Recuva
 

We delete files by mistake, don’t we? And while deleting is easy, recovering them isn’t. Luckily there are free file recovery tools available. Recuva is one of them. It’s a pretty useful and feature-rich tool which can recover the files you deleted by mistake. It is free to download and easy to use.According to Recuva developers, it can recover data from a formatted drive too. It can also recover deleted mail from your mail client. It supports Microsoft Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or Windows Live Mail. We haven’t tested these features though.
Besides Windows computers, it also supports removable media like Smartmedia, Secure digital cards, Memory stick, digital cameras, Sony memory sticks, Compact flash cards and many more.

**How to use Recuva to recover deleted files**

1.) first of all Download recuva from here   and install it
 
2) After that  run the program on your computer. A welcome screen will appear like bellow picture Click “Next” to proceed.

 



3. ) now It will ask you which kind of files you are trying to retrieve? Check any one of the given options. If you want to retrieve two kinds of files, ex. pictures and music then you cannot select both the options simultaneously.
 

 
4.) After this,Select the location where you want to retrieve the files from. Now the second option “On my media card or iPod” can come in handy if you want to retrieve deleted files from removable media such as phone’s memory card, iPod or digital cameras.

note: If you want to look into any specific location on your computer, then click on “Browse” button.
 
 

6. Browse for the folder. Here I selected C drive. because I want to retrieve images on my desktop which were accidently deleted by me few days ago.


7. In the next screen, click “Start” button. Don’t select deep scan option until you fail on your first attempt to recover the  file. Note that “Deep scan” could take over an hour depending upon the size of your hard disk.




8. The process will start. I was amazed to see the speed of scan. It is really very fast. It scanned 38 GB of data within 5 seconds. Very effective. Now its time to see the result.

 


9. It will show all the deleted files (Recuva doesn’t disappoint me. It shows more than 122 deleted files including the file I was looking for). To retrieve the file, check the box next to file name and click on “Recover” button.


10. Select the folder where you want to recover your file. You should select a drive or a folder different from the scanned drive (I scanned C drive to search all the deleted files so I selected D drive to recover those files). After selecting the appropriate location, click OK button.
 

 

 
11. Now check the folder. You will get your file back. Now suppose you want to scan for deleted music. You don’t need to go back and start the process again. Just click on “Switch to advance mode” button in the opened Recuva Window.
 

In the advanced mode you can select any drive and media types from the drop down. There is “option” button available where you could select various options like language, view mode,  secure overwriting and other scan options.



This way you can use Recuva to recover deleted files. I found this tool useful because it is speedier and more effective than other similar utilities.

How to Change/costomize the Logon Screen Background in Windows 7 with or without tool

Did you know friends  ,window 7 make it possible to set a custom welcome screen which 

appear when you start your pc or laptop ?  would you like to change the logon screen 

background in Windows 7 so as to give your Windows a customized look and feel? With a 

small tweak it is possible to change the Windows 7 logon screen and set your own 

picture / wallpaper as the background.Here is a quick guide to costomize the window 7 

startup screen.changing the background image on window 7 actually very easy like changing 

your desktop wallpaper.
 
There are two method by which we change background of win 7
 
1) manually method (using Registory )
 
2) using tool name Julien-Manici
 
So here I am going to use a secret feature you can set any of your favorite wallpaper as win 7 login screen  Well, here is a step-by-step instruction to change the logon screen background:
 
1) how to costomize win 7 logon screen without using any third party software( using registory):

   Step:1) first of all select any of photo which you want to going to use as background .This is make  sure that  the image should be a .jpg format  and its size should not exceed 245KB.

    Step:2) After that think about The resolution of your image ,it can be anything of your choice. However I recomend  1440 x 900 or 1024 x 768 because it is right for your pc. You can use any of the photo editing software such as Photoshop to compress and set the resolution for your image.  

Step:3) now after set resolution save this image as backgroundDefault.jpg.

   Step:4) This time You will need to navigate  the following location and copy your backgroundDafault.jpg there.

    C:\Windows\system32\oobe\info\backgrounds
 
Note:   if above path does not already exist on your computer  You will need to create that path manually
 
Step:5)Now, open the Registry Editor by going to Start -> Run -> Type regedit and click "OK"




  Step:6)  after that navigate to the following key:

 HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background
  Note:  If the key Background does not exist, then right-click on LogonUI, select New -> Key, and then name it as Background.see bellow picture for better understanding.


Step:7)   Now when you single click on background button you see  OEMBackground which is listed on the right side. If it does not exist, right-click Background and select New -> DWORD and name it OEMBackground.
 
Step:8) now Double-click on OEMBackground  .


  
Step:9) when you double click on OEMBackground a new popup window open like belloe screenshot simply  set the Value Data to 1



 
  Step:10)Now you have almost done ! log-off to see the new logon screen background. If you would like to revert back to the default background, just set the Value Data back to 0.





2) Using a Tool to Change the Logon Screen Background:
 


The above steps will give you a detailed instruction on how to change the logon screen background manually. However, there is a nice tool to completely automate the above steps so that you can do everything with just a few mouse clicks!
